About the Role:

The Executive Pastry Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for leading the pastry and dessert preparation team to deliver high-quality and consistent results. As a leader in the kitchen, the Executive Pastry Chef will work closely with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious pastry creations that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative menu designs for pastry creations in our restaurants, bars, and lounges.
  • Coordinate food preparation and presentation for the pastry section of the kitchen.
  • Manage quality and food safety standards in the pastry section, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints related to pastry and dessert preparation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a pastry team in a high-volume hotel operation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Superior knowledge of pastry crafts and administration/management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
