About the Venue

Infinity at Sydney Tower offers a modern fine dining experience with breathtaking views of the city. As a new venue, we are seeking a professional and experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-volume à la carte restaurant with a focus on quality food production
  • Develop and implement pastry and dessert menus
  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Monitor food and labour cost controls
  • Implement OH&S, HACCP, and other relevant protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role in a professional environment
  • Able to work 5 days per week on a rotating roster
  • Strong understanding of food and labour cost controls
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Positive leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
