Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of person-centred care duties.
  • Assist with medication administration (if assessed as medication competent) and wound dressing.
  • Support residents with daily living activities.
  • Work collaboratively with each resident to continue doing the things they love.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards it).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to empower others.
