Disability Support Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care, helping customers achieve their aspirations, contributing information for customer support plans, and keeping customer records up-to-date daily.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other requirements
  • Develop professional relationships with customers, families, caregivers and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, nursing
  • Experience in disability, aged care or nursing sector
