Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled caregiver to provide supportive care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support, including grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Support clients in accessing recreational services, transport services, and community engagement.
- Advocate for and assist clients, their families, and significant people in their lives to access community resources.
- Complete client documentation, including case notes and medical records.
- Relevant qualifications (minimum Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support).
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Awareness of human rights and challenges facing individuals with disabilities.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to transport clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing person-centered care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
