Key Role:

This strategic HR specialist combines conventional coordination with advanced data skills, driving informed decision-making through automation and insightful reporting.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assists in administering company engagement programs, resolving issues, building vendor relationships, and increasing program visibility and engagement.
  • Supports HR administrative tasks such as processing changes and providing HR data and reporting support to functional teams for day-to-day needs and scheduled activities.
  • Develops and manages dashboards for key HR metrics.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and basic knowledge of computers and software including email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
