Join Our Team as a Human Resources Coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our dedicated staff seeking advice on employment and workplace relations matters. Your expertise as an HR generalist will shine as you handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

- End-to-End Recruitment and Onboarding: You’ll advise and support management throughout the recruitment process, ensuring we bring the best talent on board.
- Performance Matters: Your insights will contribute to enhancing performance across our program areas.
- Strategic Direction: You’ll assist management shape the strategic direction of their programs through an HR lens.
- Administrative Excellence: Managing contracts, updating policies, and maintaining accurate staff records will be second nature to you.
- Supporting Individuals and Teams: From general HR advice through to enterprise agreement processes, employee engagement survey administration, L&D initiatives or health, safety and wellbeing planning, you’ll be there.

**About You**:
This role will suit someone who has significant HR experience, ideally within the NFP sector. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Significant Experience: You’ve worked in a generalist HR role, and your expertise shines through.
- Relevant Qualifications: Preferably tertiary level, you’ll bring the knowledge and skills needed to work in this type of role.
- Workplace Relations Savvy: Your understanding of relevant legislation, Award (ideally the SCHADS Award) and enterprise agreement interpretation will be valued. You’ll confidently handle workplace queries and matters as they arise.
- Autonomous and Adaptable: You thrive in an environment where you can work independently. Juggling competing demands? No problem
- Sound Judgment: When faced with decisions, you be able to work though the queries or issues that arise.
- Effective Communicator: Strong relationships are your forte. You are able to maintain open lines of communication with all workplace participants.
- CRM Experience: Leverage your CRM experience (Dynamics 365) to maintain our volunteer management system.
