About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Account Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance our human capital management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve HR processes and systems.
- The successful candidate will have experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, communicate benefits and policies, and promote employee engagement.
- Manage and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
