
ITIL Problem Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an ITIL Problem Manager to join our team and make a positive impact on our operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality results and working towards best practice approaches.
The Problem Manager will be responsible for providing ITIL Problem Management services, including providing reports with detailed analysis, participating in the Continual Improvement program, and ensuring adherence to Governance structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing ITIL Problem Management services to meet Contract requirements and Service Levels;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Tracking, collecting, and reporting metrics;
- Collaborating with clients to support improved processes;
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accountability for outcomes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in managing multiple activities, communicating with customers, and developing and maintaining relationships is highly desirable.
