Workforce Strategy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the development of a strategic workforce plan that aligns with our goals.

The Commission plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the NSW health system, with the overarching goal of protecting public health and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a workforce strategy that supports the achievement of business objectives;
  • Coaching leaders and providing day-to-day management of the human resources function;
  • Designing and delivering client-focused services across various areas, including organisation design, recruitment, performance and talent management, and learning and development;

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in developing longer-term resourcing strategies, possess collaborative stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and have a strong background in human resources and/or a relevant discipline.
