Key Position

The organisation seeks a seasoned HR professional to join its strategic team.

Job Role:

  • Act as liaison between clients and the organisation's strategic teams.
  • Design tailored solutions for stakeholders to meet corporate objectives.
  • Provide workforce guidance, advice, and support to designated teams.
  • Deliver coaching that upskills leaders and supports business outcomes.
  • Manage multiple HR matters and provide coaching and advice to senior staff.
  • Lead various projects and change management strategies including reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations working autonomously at a senior level.
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Higher Post Graduate studies in a relevant field (Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, Law, Commerce).
  • Ideal experience in a range of service delivery/operational sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple major projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high level of attention to detail.
