Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Guest Support Officer to join our Safer Gaming team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of safer gambling initiatives and supporting our valued guests in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to guests experiencing challenges related to gambling, demonstrating a deep understanding of our company's values and policies.
  • Promote safer gambling practices through proactive communication, working closely with internal teams to enhance safety measures and awareness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to support our guests' needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in guest relations, responsible gambling programs, hospitality, support services, social work, security, or education.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships, understand applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to safer gambling.
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
