About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Duratec Australia. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilisation and Onboarding: Coordinate the mobilisation and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Travel Arrangements: Schedule flights, training, and accommodation for employees as required.
  • Medical Bookings: Organize medical bookings for employees as needed.
  • Inductions and Site Access: Support new employees with inductions, PPE, and site access.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process purchase orders, expense claims, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Timesheet Management: Process and submit timesheets for employees.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties as required.
About You

We are looking for an individual with prior experience in a similar role, who is confident in using Microsoft Suites and has experience in processing expenses. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines, be comfortable in a construction project environment, and have excellent communication skills.
