We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Asia Pacific. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, estimating, and material logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Site Management: Oversee site set outs, program and sequencing updates, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including HSEQ administration, material take-offs, and invoice checking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including project progress, financials, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project coordination and team management.
- Qualifications: Refrigeration Licence, Australian Restricted Electrical Licence, and White Card.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
