The Boutique Manager/Director is a key role within Vacheron Constantin Melbourne Boutique, responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service, and maximizing sales and profit potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales results, monitor KPIs, and maximize profits through effective team leadership and implementation of brand programs.
  • Develop local clientele and propose action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop partnerships with third parties, including hotels, tour leaders, and business introducers, with clear goals and guidelines.
  • Maintain a regular benchmark in the city to control market share and define new business opportunities.
  • Control all boutique expenses within budget guidelines.
Customer Service and CRM:
  • Maintain consistent, uncompromising high standards of customer service and Customer Relation Management.
  • Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, build direct contact with VICs, and ensure a high retention rate.
PR Events and Team Management:
  • Initiate and participate in regular PR events to promote and enhance boutique presence.
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Coach, train, motivate, and lead by example with a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Motivated by the luxury sector with solid experience in a similar position, including managerial and team leadership experience in sales and customer service.
  • Director or Manager Title subject to level of demonstrated experience and acumen.
  • Updated product and market knowledge, sales driven, quality leadership skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, independence, and social skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive problem-solving abilities, and broad background in CRM activities.
  • Written and spoken English, other foreign languages highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of local market, awareness of competitors, clients, and market trends, and ability to prospect outside the boutique.
  • General IT skills, constantly upgrading: Microsoft Office, SAP.
