The Boutique Manager/Director is a key role within Vacheron Constantin Melbourne Boutique, responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service, and maximizing sales and profit potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales results, monitor KPIs, and maximize profits through effective team leadership and implementation of brand programs.
- Develop local clientele and propose action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Develop partnerships with third parties, including hotels, tour leaders, and business introducers, with clear goals and guidelines.
- Maintain a regular benchmark in the city to control market share and define new business opportunities.
- Control all boutique expenses within budget guidelines.
- Maintain consistent, uncompromising high standards of customer service and Customer Relation Management.
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, build direct contact with VICs, and ensure a high retention rate.
- Initiate and participate in regular PR events to promote and enhance boutique presence.
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing activities.
- Coach, train, motivate, and lead by example with a high degree of professionalism.
- Motivated by the luxury sector with solid experience in a similar position, including managerial and team leadership experience in sales and customer service.
- Director or Manager Title subject to level of demonstrated experience and acumen.
- Updated product and market knowledge, sales driven, quality leadership skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, independence, and social skills.
- Highly organized, proactive problem-solving abilities, and broad background in CRM activities.
- Written and spoken English, other foreign languages highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of local market, awareness of competitors, clients, and market trends, and ability to prospect outside the boutique.
- General IT skills, constantly upgrading: Microsoft Office, SAP.
