Hiring Coordinator

We're seeking a diligent Hiring Coordinator to join our head office in Parramatta. Your primary focus will be recruiting staff for our food trucks and stores, and ensuring they're properly onboarded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post job advertisements on major job boards
- Screen applicants, book interviews, and conduct reference checks
- Send out employment contracts and organise onboarding documents
- Maintain accurate staff records and ensure compliance with relevant awards
- Assist franchisees and store managers with hiring and staff queries
- Support the Training Manager with new hire inductions
- Perform general HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

- 1-2 years' experience in HR administration or recruitment (hospitality advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Organised and detail-focused - handling contracts and records requires precision
- Proficient in using systems like Google Docs, Gmail, and job platforms
- Eager to learn and grow with the role
- Bonus if you've used Deputy or have experience with awards
