Customer Service Representative Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealership partners and customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional support in coordinating vehicle hires and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound inquiries from dealerships and service managers, ensuring vehicles meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for vehicle hires, coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely communication.
  • Work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Fleet teams to manage vehicle availability, returns, and customer requests.
  • Ensure vehicle returns are processed efficiently and according to company procedures.
  • Follow up with dealerships to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in automotive, car rental, or credit hire industries is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams, dealerships, and customers, maintaining a high standard of service.
