Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for dealership partners and customers, providing critical support in coordinating vehicle hires and returns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound inquiries from dealerships and service managers, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolutions
  • Facilitating smooth onboarding for vehicle hires, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining open lines of communication
  • Collaborating closely with the Operations, Sales, and Fleet teams to manage vehicle availability, returns, and customer requests
  • Ensuring efficient processing of vehicle returns according to company procedures
  • Following up with dealerships to ensure timely payment of invoices

About You:

  • Experience in automotive, car rental, or credit hire industries is highly desirable but not essential
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency
  • Excellent organisational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively
  • Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams, dealerships, and customers, maintaining a high standard of service
