The Role

  • As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone calls, sourcing equipment through our network, completing administrative tasks, and coordinating deliveries, transfers, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sourcing equipment from our branch network to meet customer demands.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including generating hire schedules and invoicing.
  • Coordinating the delivery, transfer, and repair of equipment to ensure seamless operations.
