Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist">

The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include:

  • Traveling off-site to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking through local communities, and attending job fairs
  • Supporting advertising initiatives, employee referral campaigns, and hiring events
  • Conducting phone screenings and coordinating candidate interviews
  • Performing administrative tasks such as background checks, personnel file management, and tracking hiring metrics and recruitment performance through regular reporting
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and timekeeping data

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A motivated and self-disciplined individual with excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented person who is open-minded, willing to learn, and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a process-driven, fast-paced environment
