
Senior Revenue Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Performance Manager to join our Yield and Promotions team.
This role is responsible for revenue optimizing a region of the world to achieve profitable financial performance of our global touring programme. This involves monitoring sales, revenue, and utilization, as well as taking actions to meet forecasted targets.
- Analyze sales performance from global source markets to identify opportunities for growth.
- Take a lead on the revenue performance of products, ensuring they meet or exceed sales expectations.
- Identify under-performing products and departures, and develop strategies to improve their performance.
- Manage inventory levels and tour statuses to maximize revenue potential.
- Loading and maintaining promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Promotion reporting for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Inventory management of Groups to ensure optimal utilization.
- Facilitate changes to inventory to maximize utilization and revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality output.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Interest in the intricacies of financial decisions and their outcomes.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a small team.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel.
