The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Coordinator to join our Dandenong branch team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supplying quality equipment to our customer base through sourcing, managing customer queries and invoicing, as well as warranty support and stock coordination.

Reporting to the Parts Manager:

  • You will be responsible for interpreting and processing customer equipment requests, including pricing, availability of stock and order enquiries.
  • Providing specialist service to internal and external customers for equipment via phone and email.
  • Sourcing and supplying equipment to meet customer requests.
  • Raising quotes, sales orders and invoices for equipment sales.
  • Exercising your strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
  • An interest in earthmoving equipment, components, products, services and construction/mining industry knowledge.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, e.g. Internet-based applications, MS Office and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude to deliver the best outcome for our customers.
  • Possession of a High Risk Forklift License would be beneficial.
