Role Summary:
As a Regional Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our warehouse network.
You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires frequent travel to metropolitan, regional, and interstate locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing current practices, conducting assessments, and providing recommendations for improvement
- Assisting with staff recruitment and performance management
- Visiting assigned warehouse sites to ensure compliance with OH&S requirements
- Identifying improvements and developing initiatives for warehouse sites
- Providing operational training and coaching to Proprietors, Warehouse Managers, and Administration Managers
- Building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
- 5+ years of experience in retail warehouse operations
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management, planning, and organisational skills
- Experience in managing multiple sites and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel to multiple warehouse sites
- Possess in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, OH&S, and retail practices
