Warehouse Operations Leader

Ongoing work in a warehouse environment, Monday to Friday.
As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for leading a group of 8-12 staff and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from inbound logistics to picking and packing.
The role involves motivating and leading the team, operating high reach forklifts, delegating workload efficiently, and mentoring and communicating with team members and management.
Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless inventory management, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a safe working environment.
To succeed in this position, candidates must have at least two years' experience in a similar leadership role, hold a valid LF Forklift Licence or equivalent, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and direct a team.
