Job Overview:

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Leader to join our team.
About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves leading a team of professionals in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for driving excellence, using the latest technology to make informed decisions and continually grow professionally.

You will lead a team and ensure objectives are communicated and achieved on a daily basis. Your focus will be on operational performance across all functions, including inbound/outbound/picking/packing/inventory.

You will also support and drive inventory control and accuracy across the operation, as well as maintain good working relationships with customers through excellent customer service.

Maintaining stock integrity in the warehouse, adhering to DHL policies and procedures, is also a key responsibility. You will follow safe work practices and work instructions, and assist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working in a high volume warehouse/3PL environment
  • Forklift Licence (High Reach, Counter Balance & Double Deep)
  • Proven customer facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • WMS experience - including exposure to the various functions
  • A clear understanding of inventory management and the investigation process
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
