Job Description:

As a seasoned warehouse leader, you will oversee daily operations and drive performance in our Sydney warehouse.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values autonomy, and maintains high standards.

You will be part of our close-knit team involved in all aspects of warehouse activity, taking ownership of key tasks and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient outcomes across our client base.

  • Coordinate daily operations with the Warehouse Manager to drive warehouse performance.
  • Responsible for a core group of customers within the warehouse.
  • Oversee receipt, pick, pack, dispatch, and inventory functions.
  • Work closely with management and team leaders to roster and resource as required.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices.
  • Ensure team members follow rigorous processes.
  • Become proficient in WMS and provide advice and training to staff and clients.
  • Assist team members to complete tasks on time and accurately.
  • Operate high-reach forklifts (double deep experience highly regarded).
  • Maintain stock accuracy and handle client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of 3PL experience.

Preferably 1-2 years in a senior operator or team lead role.

Current forklift license with high-reach forklift would be a strong advantage.

Experience using RF scanners and WMS operating systems (WMS an advantage).

Proven ability to drive results and improve process efficiencies.

Lead with a reliable, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to work independently and take initiative while keeping management and colleagues informed.
