We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to lead our team to greatness in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a household name customer, develop a large operational team, manage resources to achieve objectives and targets, maintain relationships with customers and meet time-specific deadlines.

About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overcoming daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include leading operations, supporting and developing a large operational team, managing resources, maintaining customer relationships and meeting time-specific deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
  • Proven performance management and strong leadership experience
  • Highly experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System
  • Proven Continuous Improvement and problem-solving skills
  • Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and Team goals
  • A passion for managing team dynamics
  • High-level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence
  • Superior software skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
