In This Role:

  • You'll lead warehouse operations to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
  • As a key team player, you'll make decisions and drive professional growth.
  • You'll use your talents to inspire a committed team and drive innovation in logistics using the latest technology.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead and motivate operational teams.
    • Effectively manage daily warehouse operations.
    • Ensure site and team performance targets are achieved.
    • Manage inventory and control stock levels.
    • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
    • E nsure safe working practices are followed.
    • Maintain compliance with processes and procedures.

Your Qualifications And Skills:

  • Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, preferably Manhattan.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
