Job Title: APAC Business Growth Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Manager to drive innovation and market growth in APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing industry-leading technology solutions to enterprise customers through a rapidly growing ecosystem of channel partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading B2B commercial reseller partnerships, driving business plans with partners, and executing local strategies with managed partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including product, sales, customer success, partner engineering, marketing, and PR.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to scale customer acquisition, category growth, and customer success for Reality Labs B2B products. If you have experience driving early-stage product adoption, leveraging ecosystems, and managing various competing projects, we encourage you to apply.

About You:
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in business development or partnerships at a SaaS company or major technology hardware vendor in the B2B segment
  • Experience driving early-stage product adoption, leveraging ecosystems, and managing various competing projects
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to keep everyone up-to-date and follow through on delivery
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to craft strategic, long-term plans and corresponding targets
  • Negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the channels space and the push-and-pull factors involved
  • Collaboration skills, with prior experience creating multi-region, cross-functional relationships to lead projects successfully
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers, and analyze program effectiveness

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have a professional working fluency in Korean to support commercial market expansion opportunities.
