Job Title: Marketing Growth Leader, APAC Role Summary:

Amazon is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive growth and customer experience in the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in performance marketing, digital channels, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for APAC, identifying key target audiences and competitive landscapes.
  • Manage and optimize paid and free marketing channels, including sponsored links, search engine optimization, and social media ads.
  • Drive revenue growth through automated traffic channels while meeting ROI targets.
  • Scale and manage affiliate programs, partnering with existing and new partners to expand reach and engagement.
  • Forge high-value partnerships with leading brands across APAC, driving business development and growth.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, budgets, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Deliver results-driven outcomes, exceeding revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
 Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and customer experience through technology and data-driven insights.
