Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Compliance

The company is establishing its presence in Clayton, Australia, to advance its mission of bringing mRNA medicines to the world.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the advancement of warehouse compliance at the Clayton site, ensuring our warehouse processes meet the highest standards of regulatory and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance documentation for efficient inbound and outbound processes.
  • Review and optimize standard operating procedures for site warehouse functions.
  • Revisit training modules for local supply chain associates in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director.
  • Support warehouse specialists by managing documentation for cycle counting and peaking activities.
  • Handle documentation for sample movements in alignment with company standards.
  • Manage deviations within the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead and QA/QC team.
  • Oversee GMP requirements for the warehouse, proposing actionable steps for ongoing GMP readiness and compliance.
  • Conduct export control for outbound shipments abroad, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage alarms (e.g., freezer alarms), addressing deviations as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in biology or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing including Audit Management, SOP Revisions, and working with SAP in a Pharmaceutical and Biotech manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Supply Chain Project Management experience preferred.
