Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Warehouse team as a Supply Chain Manager. This role will oversee the planning and execution of inventory management across all sites, focusing on forecasting, supply chain optimization, and process improvements.

The successful candidate will drive data-driven decisions, analyzing trends and metrics to enhance inventory management. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement planned activities, ensuring smooth operations in Planning and Warehouse.

This role involves monitoring and managing inventory levels, working closely with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize the supply network. The ideal candidate will also lead product introductions, replacements, and discontinuations, as well as develop and implement inventory management policies.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Supply Chain, business, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Peoplesoft, Warehouse Management Systems, and forecasting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent business partnering skills
