About the Role

UGL Regional Linx are seeking a skilled Signal Electrician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing safety of the rail networks signaling systems, delivering maintenance activities, and identifying and repairing signaling defects.

  • Conduct maintenance inspections and repairs as per UGLRL's Technical Maintenance Plan.
  • Identify and repair signal mechanical faults and attend failures to diagnose and correct signaling faults.
  • Work on a 9-day fortnight roster with occasional working away from home requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Electrical (Rail Signaling).
  • Previous signaling experience.
  • Strong ability to interpret and read technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A Class C Driver's license and a White card.
