Senior Project Coordinator

The role of a Senior Project Coordinator involves ensuring projects are successfully delivered in accordance with the client's requirements. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for fostering strong interdepartmental collaboration to coordinate the successful delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and shaping the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring project milestones are achieved within the scope of works.
  • Identifying, managing, escalating, and resolving project risks and issues.
  • Providing feedback to motivate, innovate, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations to deliver successful project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in project management and related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
