Senior Project Manager: Lead and Deliver Excellence

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to drive the success of our civil projects from inception to completion.
About the Role:- Manage and coordinate the execution of assigned capital works projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Negotiate and maintain stakeholder partnerships, engagement, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
- Elevate the use of best practice project management methodologies on assigned projects, promoting efficiency and innovation.
- Identify and implement value-adding initiatives, resulting in cost-effective solutions and enhanced project outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple complex projects concurrently, with a strong understanding of contracting processes and relevant legislation.
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A current Victorian driver's license is also required.
