Project Coordinator Role Summary

Lead a team in delivering complex projects with high quality and precision.

This role involves working closely with project managers and stakeholders to achieve timely program delivery. Your focus will be on construction project coordination, ensuring all phases are completed within budget constraints.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in coordinating large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Email software, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Asta Power Project.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in large-scale project delivery and construction.
  • Residential project experience over $70 million.
