Project Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

You will work closely with our project managers to develop and implement project plans, track progress, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Proven track record of delivering results under pressure, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
