- Business Case & Benefits Realisation: Oversee development of business cases, financial models, and options analysis. Ensure program benefits are clearly defined, tracked, and realised.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Lead engagement with solution vendors, system integrators, and service providers to ensure delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior executives, HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders. Provide regular updates to steering committees and governance forums.

- Change & Communication: Champion organisational change, ensuring effective communication and adoption of new systems and processes across the business.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complex HR/payroll system transformation initiatives.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Hybrid work model – ability to work from home 3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Brisbane as required.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a strategic transformation program.
