We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, including preparing and formatting documents, supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace.
As our Office Assistant, you will play a key role in providing support to our clients, consultants, and stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to any queries or concerns.
This is a hands-on and varied role that requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including coordinating correspondence, managing meeting logistics, updating project files, and assisting with invoicing and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be familiar with basic office systems, social media platforms, and computer software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
