Workplace Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Workplace Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming workplace environment, and ensuring seamless operations.

Job Description:

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all visitors and guests, managing meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination. You will also respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person, supporting workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination. Additionally, you will conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers. Your tasks will include coordinating onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters, as well as assisting with process improvements and contributing to an inclusive, service-oriented team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
