About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests with accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Controls Engineers, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, to drive project deliverables.
  • Provide critical inputs to Operational Planning (OP1/2) processes and support multi-million dollar project procurements.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline routine coordination tasks.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop systematic improvements across coordination workflows.
