We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our custom home builder business.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of contracts, scopes of work, and other project documentation.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Process purchase orders and variations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project records and support the team with tendering and procurement activities.
- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting to ensure timely completion and profitability.
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role or relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, QS, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Passion for high-end residential construction and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Buildxact, Cheops, or similar) is an advantage but not essential.
