We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a vital role in analysing sales performance, forecasting sales trends, and managing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret commercial sales data from various sources
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts by analysing historical data, market conditions, and customer behaviour
  • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and forecasting
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a business analyst role with a focus on sales performance reporting or sales analytics
  • Experience in the international education industry
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
