Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Partner to shape the employee experience, ensuring consistent alignment with our people strategies and priorities. This role will partner closely with senior leaders on all P&C matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have proven P&C partnering experience, preferably within a service industry, and strong knowledge of Australian employment law, employee relations, and WHS legislation. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant field is also essential.

  • Partner with senior leaders to address specific P&C challenges and opportunities
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and conflict management
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven P&C partnering experience, preferably within a service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, employee relations, and WHS legislation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant field

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
