We currently have an exciting opportunity available in the Environment Business Unit working as a Program Manager for the Better Business Partnership on a 12 month fixed term contract.

**About the role**
In the Planning & Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of requests and processes supporting initial ideas through to final delivery. You’ll need to be proactive and a strong communicator. You’ll value teamwork, consistency and openness to change. At the end of the day, you’ll know that you are making a difference. The work you do is valued, both within Council and by the community. Making a tangible meaningful contribution is what you’ve been searching for. And you’ve found it at Willoughby City Council.

You will be responsible as the Program Manager managing Council’s planning and delivery of Better Business Program and in doing so help achieve the relevant objectives in our Community Strategic Plan: Our Future Willoughby 2028, and Our Green City Plan 2028 and Council’s annual reporting requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications; experience in the delivery of sustainability engagement (preferably business sustainability) programs; knowledge of providing technical advice on business sustainability and in assist in developing information and resources of a technical nature; and demonstrated experience in developing promotional and educational content in a sustainability (preferably business sustainability) context.
