Your Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished ServiceNow Technology and Tools Lead who combines deep platform expertise with strong reporting and analytics capabilities. This role requires a thought leader who can drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure all processes are well-documented through robust SOPs and practice guidelines. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the ServiceNow landscape, delivering measurable business outcomes, and embedding governance and continuous improvement into the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, strategies, and operational processes across ServiceNow Platform.
  • Drive platform upgrades, automation initiatives, integrations, and advanced reporting/analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion best practices across ServiceNow and associated tools, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality implementation.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate SOPs, process documentation, and guidelines, embedding operational excellence and governance.
  • Design and deliver reporting dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights for business and IT stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align platform strategy, process improvements, and data insights with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide teams on ServiceNow, reporting, and operational best practices, driving a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Your Profile
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Practice Lead / SME with deep ServiceNow expertise, with no less than 6 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in ServiceNow deployments, platform upgrades, automation initiatives, and reporting integration.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, document, and enforce best practices and SOPs across teams.
