ServiceNow Integration Specialist Role

A senior ServiceNow professional is required to lead complex integrations and implementations, enhancing customers' operational efficiency and service delivery with ServiceNow.

This full-time position offers flexible work arrangements. We welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new integrations, manage enhancements to existing ones, and oversee platform upgrades, updates, and patching.
  • Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions using business standards and methodologies.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to developers, including conducting comprehensive system, functional, and automated testing.
  • Lead customer-facing workshops to facilitate project scoping for ServiceNow integrations and other complex technical engagements.
  • Manage project items, including BAU activities, CSI, and minor works.

Required Skills And Experience
  • Hold current Australian Citizenship to gain required government security clearances.
  • Possess a deep understanding of IntegrationsHub or have experience as a ServiceNow Implementation and/or Integration Developer.
  • Proven experience in a range of enterprise environments with varying complexity.
  • Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • A strong understanding of IT service management principles and ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
