Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead strategic plans for your portfolio of key accounts, driving long-term, profitable growth while balancing account needs with organizational vision.
- Owning the annual selling calendar, leading business reviews and range planning, and ensuring flawless alignment between account objectives and go-to-market strategy.
- Hitting seasonal sell-in targets and negotiating sell-through KPIs while monitoring orders to ensure on-time, seamless delivery.
- Forecasting, tracking, and analyzing account performance, market share trends, and competitor activity to guide smarter decisions and maximize ROI.
