  • Identifying and unlocking new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth and revenue.
  • Influencing product and category strategies with input into channel activation plans and execution tracking.
Requirements
  • A resilient, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and balances execution with big-picture thinking.
  • A proven commercial leader with a strong track record in major retail accounts, possessing hands-on style, collaboration, and focus on delivering results.
  • A skilful negotiator, able to lead discussions, manage range reviews, and influence key decisions that benefit our business.
  • A strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes, having experience in building and delivering strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and market landscape.
  • A clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; proficient in MS Office.
