**Commercial Finance Lead Role**

A global leader in commercial real estate is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead a team of business partners.

The role will involve supporting the national finance manager and account director in delivering the client's annual operating plan, which consists of circa $400M opex spend with around 800 properties under management.

Key responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders such as account directors, executive general managers, and client senior managers to deliver strong business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, stakeholder engagement, and experience working with senior management. Advanced excel modelling skills and knowledge of JDE and Power BI are also essential.

As a finance business partner, you will be responsible for providing clear and concise commercial analytics to stakeholders, chairing and presenting at client meetings, and driving efficiency and productivity through standardization of reporting and processes.

You will also be expected to encourage and develop a culture of knowledge sharing within the team and broader finance group, and solve complex issues and client requests.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification such as CPA/CIMA/CFA or CA, and managerial experience is beneficial but not required.
